VoIP Call Quality Problems Resolved |
DCANet VoIP customers may have experienced degraded call quality starting on Tuesday February 2. DCANet technicians forced a core VoIP routing system over to a spare device at 12:20 EST on Wednesday February 3, which has resolved the issue. Please contact the help desk if call quality problems are experienced. |
